Is Coaching right for me?

Embarking on a coaching programme can be a big step. Bethen offers a FREE 15 minute phone consultation to see if this is the right option for you. Please get in contact to arrange

 

Does Bethen offer coaching 'packages'?

Bethen believes that everyone's circumstances are unique and therefore people do not fit into 'packages'. Instead she offers bespoke programmes whereby she makes recommendations regarding number of sessions and frequency as you work together. 

 

How much will it cost?

Bethen offers bespoke programmes of support. Please get in contact for more information regarding costs.

 

What are the options for meeting?

Bethen offers virtual coaching sessions via online platforms such as Zoom. She is also able to meet in person, but availability for this may be more limited. 

 

Are sessions confidential?

Yes, the strictest level of confidentiality is maintained. Bethen will be clear with clients about the conditions under which confidentiality will not be maintained, for example illegal activity, danger to self or others, release is required by Law.  

 

What happens if I need to change / cancel my session?

Bethen kindly asks for at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment to avoid any possible charges. 

 

Does Bethen work to a Code of Ethics?

Bethen is a member of the Association of Coaching and works within their Code of Ethics. She is also a member of Resolution, and when supporting clients with divorce and separation issues, follows their Code of Practice. 

Bethen holds enhanced DBS and insurance.
